As a fitness professional based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Max Davis discovered infrared saunas as a critical part of his recovery routine. What began as post-workout recovery quickly became an obsession with the deep, restorative benefits of far infrared heat therapy.
"I noticed a dramatic difference in my recovery time, sleep quality, and overall well-being after just a few weeks of regular infrared sauna sessions," says Max. "I knew I had to share this with others."
