Constructed with Hemlock Wood, this wood is more resistant to shrinkage, splitting, and cracking. It is non-allergenic, non-toxic, and has little to no wood aroma. Together, these properties help create an enjoyable atmosphere for any user. Sturdy construction pairs with meticulous designing to provide the most usable interior space while minimizing excess cubic feet. This allows the sauna to heat the air quickly and efficiently. LED lights around the top perimeter and middle of the sauna enhance the ambience of your steaming session. Easily control your light settings via remote.
The entrance features a tempered glass door with a beautiful wooden handle. The tempered glass not only contributes to a quiet, relaxing environment, but is built to remain unphased by changes in temperature. This sauna is powered by a 4.5 kW Harvia KIP Electric Sauna Heater. Top-tier, and Finnish-made, this heater features corrosion-resistant stainless steel and includes a protective stone guard. With the included bucket and scoop, pour water over the hot stones to boost atmospheric temperature and humidity. A simple-to-operate dial control allows for easy access and comfortable control to your heater with an adjustable temperature range between 158-194 degrees Fahrenheit. The Control Panel can set a timer for anywhere between 1 and 60 minutes. For longer heating, simply reset the timer.
Assembly is required, though your sauna can be set up and used in just a few hours by following the step-by-step guide provided with each purchase. Furthermore, our sauna comes partially pre-assembled with built-in venting holes, and securing latches, for easy installation. Each sauna kit is complete with everything you need, including a 4.5 kW heater and stones, lamps, hygrothermograph, a tempered glass door with a wooden handle, and a wooden bucket and scoop.
To comply with safety guidelines, our heaters are designed to heat for a maximum of 60 minutes at a time. To heat your sauna for longer than 60 minutes, simply reset the timer for additional time.
Due to the nature of the 220V-240V hardwired heater unit, an electrician is recommended upon installation.

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using DHL eCommerce or USPS, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

We offer free shipping to the United States for all products.
Order Cut-off Time and Handling
The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday. Orders received before this time will be processed on the same day, while those received after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day. Please note that our working hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday.
Typical delivery time frames range from 7 to 14 business days; however, you may receive your items earlier. All orders come with a tracking number for real-time monitoring. Please anticipate possible delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
Your Order - What to Expect
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email, indicating that we have received your order.
We confirm with suppliers if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most pre-made saunas and accessories are ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas may take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your order will be on its way (unless it is a special case sauna, as mentioned above). Tracking information will be sent on the day your order ships to the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Details
Where We Ship
We currently offer free shipping only in the United States. Please reach out to us if you require international shipping.
"Manufacturer Direct" items are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai and require a manufacturing and shipping time of approximately 30-45 days.
Upon Receipt of Package

Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
- Check for visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures. Note any damage when signing the delivery receipt, as a signed receipt without notations of damage represents acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.

Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they are accounted for.
- Report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at info@thesaunaworld.com or via our Contact Us page. This 48-hour window is vital, as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this period.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
- We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
- To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number (RMA).
- Once you have received an RMA, please ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- "Manufacturer Direct" items do not qualify for returns, if they're damaged during shipping or upon arrival, please contact us and we will refund you or send a free replacement
Restocking Fee
- We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
